While we do not own most properties listed on our platform, we directly manage and operate select properties on behalf of their owners under our management programs. Each service provider remains responsible for the accuracy, quality, and delivery of their services.
3. Bookings & Payments
– All bookings made through Travel Hub SVG are subject to availability and confirmation from the relevant provider.
– Prices are displayed in Eastern Caribbean Dollars (XCD) unless otherwise stated.
– Payments may be processed securely through third-party payment providers.
– A confirmed booking constitutes a direct contract between the traveler and the service provider.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
– Guests may cancel or modify their booking up to 48 hours before the scheduled check-in or tour start time to avoid charges.
– Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled date may be subject to full or partial charges, depending on the provider’s terms.
– Refunds, where applicable, will be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
– Travel Hub SVG assists in facilitating cancellations and refunds between guests and service providers but is not liable for provider-specific refund policies.
5. Property Management Clients
Property owners who partner with Travel Hub SVG agree to the applicable management tier terms (Basic, Silver, or Gold) as outlined in their individual agreements. All commissions, maintenance terms, and service inclusions are governed by those contracts.
6. Liability
While we take every measure to ensure the accuracy of listings and the reliability of our partners:
– Travel Hub SVG does not assume liability for delays, damages, losses, or dissatisfaction caused by third-party service providers.
– Users accept that all travel and accommodation are undertaken at their own risk.
– Travel Hub SVG is not responsible for natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or other force majeure events.
7. User Responsibilities
Users agree to:
– Provide accurate and up-to-date information when booking or listing properties.
– Respect local laws and regulations during their stay.
– Avoid misuse of the website or its services.
Travel Hub SVG reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found in violation of these terms.
