Frequently asked questions

Bank Transfer (Direct Deposit) and International Wire transfers (transaction fees will apply): The funds are sent directly to your bank account.

Payouts are processed every Monday for stays completed the previous week

Commission is charged on the total reservation value, including the base rate and cleaning fees.

Payouts are released 24 hours after check-in

Payout is based on the cancellation policy. If a guest cancels outside the refund window, the host receives the appropriate percentage of the booking total (minus the host fee).

Hosts have full control over their nightly rates, seasonal pricing, minimum/maximum stay length, and calendar block-outs.
